Eurotow was launched at the beginning of 1999 as a joint business venture by Mark and Karen Hicks.
Mark has been involved in the industry since 1979 and had previously been employed by a ‘local garage’ based in Worcester where he was responsible for the co-ordination and management of a Breakdown and Recovery Service carrying out work for all major motoring organisations and local main dealers. Karen worked for the UK’s leading manufacturer of Recovery Vehicles where she gained valuable experience in the Industry.

Since the launch, Eurotow has gone from strength to strength successfully securing and maintaining Main Dealer contracts within Worcester and surrounding areas against stiff competition, due to its emphasis on high standards and customer service.

Eurotow’s commitment to quality and a high level of customer service has been rewarded by its continued growth and the appointment of ‘Agent’, and we are pleased to be associated with the AA, Equity Red Star, Europ Assistance, FMG Support, Autohome and RAC.

Despite our success, our individual customers are very important to us, and can be confident of receiving the same personal attention and high level of service.
